A practical Morningprints guide

Make a morning routine checklist you can print

A routine checklist makes everyday actions visible. Choose a few clear entries and give each one a time of day.

Group routines by time of day

Use morning, afternoon and evening groups. Add several daily items at once, one per line. Drag the handles to arrange their order; the printed list follows that order within each group.

Choose the days that fit

Not every routine needs to be daily. Set selected weekdays or an interval and choose the first date. Pause an item when you want to keep its setup without showing it on the daily sheet.

Keep personal instructions together

Medication and vitamins or supplements have their own categories and optional notes. Use instructions you already have. These sections are checklists, not medical reminders, dosage calculations or treatment advice.

A practical example

A routine that changes through the week

Make drinking water daily, reading an evening routine and showering an item for Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Only the scheduled entries appear for the chosen day; you do not rewrite the whole checklist.

Make room for your day.
