A practical Morningprints guide

A4 planner templates for your daily checklist

Your routines can stay the same while your printed page changes. Pick a layout that leaves enough room for the way you use a pen.

Space or a compact overview

Clean uses one column with generous checkboxes. Compact uses two columns to fit more content. Both start from the same routines and tasks, so you can compare layouts without rebuilding your lists.

A personal newspaper or notebook feel

Newspaper combines a masthead, serif headings and small news sections so routines stay central. Journal adds notebook-style lines. Botanical brings restrained green details; all styles keep the printed page light.

Choose the sections before exporting

Arrange the modules in Sheets and save before opening the PDF. A long list can require extra A4 pages. Related blocks are kept together where possible, while oversized blocks may continue in the next column or page.

Clean (one column, lots of space)

Quiet space, generous checkboxes.

Compact (two columns)

More overview, less paper.

Newspaper (masthead, two columns)

Your own front page, every morning.

Journal

A notebook feel with room to write.

Botanical

Soft green details, a fresh start.

A practical example

Start with one useful page

Choose routines, recurring tasks, one-time tasks and notes first. Preview those in Clean and Compact. Then try Newspaper with a short news module. Keep the sections you actually use, rather than filling every available space.

Make room for your day.
